Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere (sure it has, but I can't find an example). I accept monthly rent for a property through a Paypal account. My tenant made a payment for January 2023 rent, but it is still showing as pending/I don't have access to the funds. When I try to lodge a query on the Paypal Resolution Center for this transaction, I get an error message. It has been like this for several days, and I don't see any way to contact Paypal except through the Resolution Center, and as noted, the website isn't allowing me to ask why the funds are still pending.
Please can someone help me?
