Pending Money for service - technical difficulties.

I am told I have to wait till 15th of May for my money to clear, but that I can speed up this by going to 'Access your money' and saying it was a virtual product or service (which it was). It then says it'll take 3-7 days of verification, which is so much better. However, when I continue, it says technical difficulties and I cannot go any further.
So I provided this service today and I am stuck waiting till the 15th of May to access my funds.
