Pending Money for service - technical difficulties.

I am told I have to wait till 15th of May for my money to clear, but that I can speed up this by going to 'Access your money' and saying it was a virtual product or service (which it was). It then says it'll take 3-7 days of verification, which is so much better. However, when I continue, it says technical difficulties and I cannot go any further.

So I provided this service today and I am stuck waiting till the 15th of May to access my funds.

Having the same issue. I’ve tried it with the app, the browser on my phone and my laptop as well. The same error message about technical difficulties pops up.
