Paypal to GCash fund transfer problem

Is anybody else having problems with transferring their funds to GCash? It says 'This service is temporarily unavailable due to PayPal system maintenance. Please check back later.' but I cannot find any this maintenance on PayPal status page. How long do you think this will last? Thank you!

I have the same error every time I try to cash in. It says"please check back later" at the bottom but it's been hours already.

Well for me it says System Maintenance on PayPal's side. Hopefully it's not just Globe's excuse.

I am getting an error message every time I try to cash-in from Paypal to my Gcash wallet. The error says " this service is temporarily unavailable due to paypal system maintenance please check back later"

Anyone knows how to fix this? I have been waiting all day today and nothing has changed, same error. I hope they can fix this ASAP.
