Paypal ratenzahlung did not completed successfully and showed error after trial

Hello All, today I was purchasing parcel service from DHL. I opted for paypal ratenzahlung for payment. After I clicked till binding agreement, a pop-up window showed that an error had occurred. Just yesterday I used it and everything worked just fine. Not sure why exactly it happened. Any suggestion or help is appreciated. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Sorry to know that you're not able to set up billing agreement set up with DHL. Every time you try to make a payment from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If the system deems any risk, the system may temporarily block the payment from going through. In such situations, I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.
