2 months ago I had a negative balance in my account of -115 euro. Then I transferred this amount to a Paypal IBAN. Somehow I got to know that this IBAN, while still being part of Paypal, was not the right one and I had to transfer (again) to another one which is official.
Now, after 2 months, I did not get any refund from the first Paypal IBAN and the customer service of paypal is not helping me enough with their answers. They say that the first IBAN, I sent the money, does not accept transfers, meaning that they should send me back, but it did not happen.
I also asked the my bank and they are saying that everything is in the hands of Paypal.
How to solve this problem? It has been 2 months now, and still no refund. I paid double.
