Hey everyone. I need help. Someone sent money to my old paypal that has been deleted for 3 months now, and supposedly it didn't remove me from their contact, which (to me) doesn't make any sense.. I cant login to that paypal anymore as it has been deleted. So i just want to get help how to transfer that money, or if the person who sent the money can refund it? it has been sent on friends and family, apparently. I dont know if its real, they sent screenshot of it. its not "on hold" or anything. is this even possible? Thank you in advance!
When you say deleted do you mean you closed that account?
If so then the payment would not transfer, so on the senders side it would show as unclaimed with or withOUT a cancel option.
If there is a cancel option tell them to cancel it but more likely there would not be so they would have to wait 30 days for the payment to time out and return to them.
