Hi, can anyone help please I received a payment and was added to my Paypal Balance on the 14/2/23, when i recently went to transfer this out to my bank account its missing?

I didn't use this to purchase anything, have checked all recent purchases using Paypal and they have come out of my bank account! Any ideas on this?
