Payment was done, but not showing in history. Payment to void?

I try did payment and webpage crash or something goes wrong i don't know (show white screen). Recipient don't get payment but in my bank account paypal " take my money" but in paypal system i can't fount that payment (was notification about pending payment) but now I not found that notification either.  I try write about my problem to "messanger center" but there I got answers from bot only. Right now seems I lose my money and am looking like scammer.... Ok from beginning I play game and then i think " ok let's try to buy in-game goods (Warthunder game)" So first time Į try use paypal and webpage crash, and after that I pay directly with my master card. So I pay twice (my bank showing that one payment with paypal, second with mastercard card) but Warthunder (got only mastercard payment) (already I write to them). So I asked if they can refund paypal payment. They says yes, give us transaction id (simply I cant found anything about that payment in paypal system). Someone can help me about that? And explain whats wrong? My english also not shining...

Thanks for posting for the first time in the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear about all the difficulty you've had when trying to make a payment, from the crashing webpage to not receiving your purchase. Since the transaction does not show on your PayPal account, it sounds like it was processed as a guest checkout. A guest checkout means that PayPal still processed the payment from your bank and sent the money to the merchant, but it's just not connected to your PayPal account because you weren't logged in. That's okay, though. You can still file a dispute by speaking with Customer Support. The easiest way for them to locate the transaction is to use the Receipt ID Number, which can be found in your email receipt from PayPal. 

Once you find the email receipt, you can contact PayPal Customer Support by sending a DM on Twitter or Instagram or a PM on Facebook. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
