Payment to Cyprus Bank is this possible through pp?

I have the relevant info to do this IBAN etc, am I able to do this from my paypal account?

Not from a UK PayPal account. PayPal accounts are country specific. The account must be with a bank located in the same country as your PayPal account. In some countries, you can also use a U.S. bank account.

Open a Cyprus personal PayPal account (each user can have one business and one personal or premier account), then link the Cyprus bank account to it, then payments sent to the Cyprus PayPal account can be withdrawn to linked Cyprus bank account.
