Payment received but not reflected

I am the holder of a personal account. I received an international payment a few days ago. It was my first time using PayPal. I got an email saying that the money was received, however before it can be transferred to my Wallet, I had to submit some additional information, the details of which could be found in the resolution center. However, my resolution center shows 0 active cases. After a little bit of digging I found out about the bank account verification and CIP, and did both. However my wallet still shows 0 balance. Is there something else I need to do?
