Payment options aren't showing up when sending money to someone.

Whenever I am trying to send someone money, the payment options do not show up at all and I already linked my debit card.

How do I fix this?

Did you confirm the card with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Its confirmed and even after adding another card or anything it just gos right back to the add a payment option screen
