Payment on hold

I received a payment on December 3rd and it puts a sign of timer as it doesn't show up in my balance.

It says"Add tracking info" and there is no tracking info I am offering a teaching service and the classes already done, plus the client already paid.

Any help! on what should I exactly do?

I'm sorry to hear that your funds are on hold. If the funds was sent to you as a "Goods and service" option, it could be possible its on hold and you should be able to find more information for reasons here. However, you can follow the steps within the article to get the money sooner.
