Payment methods are gone when trying to send money

I was trying to send money to a friend a few days ago but all of my payment methods are gone and it just had a “add payment method” button below. When I try to add a payment method I get an error saying “You already have your (bank name) in your account.” Doesn’t matter if I try to add a bank account or debit card. Same error. All of my payment methods are still in my wallet.

Once every few months I make a Costco run with a friend and pay them back via PayPal and hasn’t ever been an issue before.

Have a message into PayPals nonexistent customer support but after three days they haven’t replied and I’m looking elsewhere for solutions.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some speed-bumps making a payment recently. Have you tried logging out of all your devices and logging back in? It almost sounds like a device or browser error. I might also recommend clearing your cache, cookies, and history on your browser. That normally does the trick. If you're still running into issues after that, you may want to try logging into a desktop or another device all together to see if you're still running into the same issue.
