Hey. I was sending payment to Bangladeshi freelancer bank account Via Using Zoom at Today 7 am.But why it's take time so long ?
And why I can't Send money from my account .. my account was everything okay

Because Bangladesh is not on the “permitted countries list” that PayPal provide services to.
By the way, Xoom is not for business/sales/commercial use. Personal/friends and family use only. There’s no buyer protection on these payments if you are buying something.
”Commercial Transactions. You agree that you will only use the ‘Service’ to Send Money to people or purchase Reloads for Beneficiaries for personal reasons. If we reasonably suspect or discover you are using the ‘Service’ to send Transactions from, to or on behalf of a business or other non-human entity (other than payments made to the ‘Service’, to ‘Companies for Beneficiaries’ whom you know personally), we may, in our sole discretion, cancel your Transaction(s) and close your Xoom Account and/or the Xoom Accounts of your Sender or Recipient. You acknowledge that Xoom is not liable for your use of the Service for commercial purposes, including all risks associated with the purchase of goods or payment for services of any kind, such as (but not limited to) losses you suffer for undelivered or defective goods and services you pay for using the Service.”
