I recently tried to make a payment to an online vendor, the funds have been removed from my bank account but have not appeared in my paypal activity, I have not received an email from paypal confirming the transaction and it appears the vendor has also not received the payment. How do I go about getting this money back? Is this an issue for my bank or will my funds be returned to me after some time?

In this situation, the best way to trace the transaction and to resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options so that our advisors can look into your account and help you accordingly.
