Paying in places where they don't accept paypal

So paypal decided that i can't withdraw money in usd, because i live in hungary. I have to convert my money to huf and then withdraw huf that i can convert back to usd at the bank i withdrew it to. It's just ridiculous. So because of that i wont withdraw it.
I only wanted to withdraw it because i want to pay at places where they don't accept paypal. I just can't believe there is no way to pay where they don't accept paypal.
So i wanted to withdraw it: Can't do it.
Then i found out that there is paypal card option: Not available in your country.
Now i'm in search of any other solution. There must be a service that allows me to connect paypal to it so i can use it as a virtual credit card without withdrawing the money.
I'm starting to run out of ideas.

Can someone please help me??

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can understand it can be a bit frustrating having your currency converted multiple times like that during a transfer. Normally, when transferring funds to a bank from a PayPal account, the funds would be transferred in the local currency. Unfortunately, I'm able to confirm any alternative transfer options for Hungary. The only option I can recommend is to see if your bank can accept HUF without converting it to USD or using your USD balance at other merchants that may accept PayPal.
