Neither PayPal nor Gcash wants to take responsibility for the missing funds due to my cash in attempt using gcash account. The amount has been deducted from my PayPal account but did not reflect in my gcash account it has been 9 days already. Please help I don't know what else to do now
it's been 20 days already and I still not see my funds on either side. no refunds from gcash nor paypal. I still keep on emailing them hoping for a response. but so far no luck
this issue is resolved now. the issue is in Gcash side. Since Gcash is not answering me anymore I submitted a complaint to BSP (regulates Gcash). after 2 weeks they came to a conclusion that its on their side and then adjusted my gcash wallet with the missing funds.
If you are having the same problem try to email BSP they would reply with a form. submit the form and after a few days GCash would be reaching out to you because they are required to.
Is there a link to the BSP form? Because I am having the same problem and what I can see here is that they will just let us wait for OUR money to be sent back to us. I won't be using GCash now.
