PayPal payment made to my capitec

Good day I hope u well,My cousin made a transfer from PayPal to my Capitec account on the 15th she send me the proof but there is still nothing in my account how does this work, what do I have to do now because I went to capitec they told me they don't accept PayPal.

How exactly did your cousin send/transfer it? Because there is a special procedure to withdraw from PayPal to bank account in South Africa. You have to connect PayPal account to FNB online banking account profile to withdraw to FNB bank account or a non-FNB bank account.

She went into your PayPal account to transfer it for you? Does your cousin also have a PayPal account? 

It’s not possible to transfer from cousin’s PayPal account directly to your bank account. Cousin can send from their PayPal account to your PayPal account and then you make withdraw to your bank through FNB link to your PayPal account.

Maybe your cousin is tricking you.

I'm not sure how this works, she said there is a fee I need to pay to get my funds released in 30minutes,but she send me African Bank account nr.
