PayPal holding the money

I have been with PayPal for more than 10 years and my account always in good standing. Yes, I use PayPal less in recent years since eBay kicked out PayPal and PayPal refused to issue fee for return.  Once in a while I still use PayPal but my fund always get hold by PayPal. I sold a item on 1/11/2023 and I used PayPal to print the label so they has the tracking information. The item was delivered on 1/12/2023 but PayPal is still holding my money. I messaged PayPal asked when are they going to release the fund. PayPal replied saying by 4PM today but now it is 7PM PayPal is still holding the money. I think PayPal is in real need for cash so they try every excuses to hold customer's money. I will try my best not to use PayPal in the future. It really not worth the trouble to use PayPal any more. I know there is a lawsuit against PayPal for holding customer's money. If any one knows the case status, if the case becomes class action please post here so people can join the class action to against PayPal holding customer's without a good reason.

I agree. This is my first time using my paypal account .. and it will be my laat.. the could at the very least let you know that this is the process when you sign up for an account . This is **bleep** and I'm thinking about calling a lawyer .. no was would I consent to this.. k usually do cash app and with PayPal doing what they are. M I recommend cash app they charge less and it's instant. I feel sry for the person that has to deal with me when I call them .. completely unacceptable
