I tried to set up Paypal as a new recipient at my bank so I can top up my PP a/c. HSBC security measures ask me to enter the last 4 numbers of the Paypal reference which was rejected, I think because the last 4 digits aren't numbers, C14H4YQRABT5LUJ
Using the only 4 nos, 1445, didn't work. What do I enter?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some confusion adding funds to your PayPal account.
