Paid to play online game but declined as I have no mobile phone.

- Just paid money today Jan. 29/22 through PayPal to play an online game. After this was done I went to play the game when a registration card showed to fill out, but cannot complete unless I give them a mobile number, which I don’t have. I contacted the company who told me I have to have a mobile number or I can’t register to play with money. I’m asking the transaction be cancelled if it hasn’t gone through or a refund. There is no place I can see to cancel a transaction. I’ve followed all the instructions to do so but nothing to do with cancellations shows anywhere and believe me I’ve looked everywhere and completed all steps but nothing. Why am I not seeing this?

Is the transaction a Pending temporary authorization in your PayPal activity? If so, only the merchant can void the authorization.
If the transaction is listed as completed, click the transaction to reveal the transaction details for email address to contact seller to request a refund. If merchant refuses or does not respond, click “Report a problem” in the transaction details to open an item not received dispute to start a dialogue with each the merchant. Please be sure to state the reason why you cannot play the online game in the dispute, too.

I am presently dealing with a papaya gaming representative and should find out within the week what the outcome will be once I submit copies of the PayPal transactions. Hopefully it will get resolved without any problems.
