Paid and Didn't Received

I ordered a $ 5 Roblox Digital gift Card, but I didn't see it in my Mail. It says "This is temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Cashstar+ Roblox completes your order." or If not going to work. ill just take the Refund. 😥

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

So do I wait for the company to authorize then it works ? and if is it possible to get refund?
