Hello, a few days ago PayPal sent me an email saying that I had to claim money that had been sent to me (it was money that I was waiting for); I claimed my money and it tells me that the money is already in my account, as if the operation had gone well, but when I look at my account the money is not there and there are no movements in the list of movements. Does anyone know what could be happening?

Were the funds sent in a currency that you can accept or have added as a receiving currency on your paypal account?
