Hello, a few days ago PayPal sent me an email saying that I had to claim money that had been sent to me (it was money that I was waiting for); I claimed my money and it tells me that the money is already in my account, as if the operation had gone well, but when I look at my account the money is not there and there are no movements in the list of movements.
