PAYMENT INCORRECTLY CALCULATED

I'm paying abroad in 115 USD.  My paypal balance is 3.75 and I chose to pay by visa card + paypal balance but Paypal still charge me whole money in my card, they did not deducted 3.75 from paypal balance. They should have charged only 111.25. How do I solve this? Thanks

Funds in your balance would have to have been in USD as well as paypal only converts from a bank or card and not a balance.

Secondly were the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Lastly did you mark your balance as your preferred funding source?
