I want to buy something online but paypal is not working it says enter bank account I have already entered the bank account but it has displayed this message thatWe aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent payment. Have you tried confirming your bank yet? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend trying to add a card as a back-up funding source to see if that does the trick.
