Not seeing two active payments in my account

Hello,

 

I am starting a copywriting business. On either November 20th or the 21st, I did receive a booking for two services. One for $50 and the other for $450. The client that hired me didn't give me too much information. So I want to refund them. However, when I looked into my PayPal account, neither amounts were on there. What happened to them and how do I refund this person?
