Hello! When I try to receive money, it simply gives me an error and says that I’m not eligible to receive money right now.
Now, I verified my email, added my payment method, my passport, my phone number etc. yet I still have the issue. If the following information helps, my nationality is set to Ukraine, my debit card (payment method) was registered in Lithuania, and right now I am located in Croatia. Hope this helps 😉
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
However the friends/family option is not available in every country. You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
