Not a seller but why

I am not seller nor a buyer I received money from a friend to help me pay my hospital bills and Paypal put on hold it. Please help me..Please help me how to expedite this

In that case you either do not have the friends/family option to send money in your country OR your friend did not use it and used the goods/services option instead?

So if you received it as a goods/services payment and have not received funds that way before paypal will view you as a seller and apply the new seller hold as per link.
