No limitations but can't process payment or close my account

Hello i don't have limitations on my account but i can't use it to send money or add money from my bank even i can't close it or remove bank account from it

I tried everything, i even called the support and nothing working its been like more than 72 hours and nothing working, i don't have any notification about limitations or problem about my account but still can't do anything to send , receive or even close my account
