I'm new to PayPal, and i got two currencies right now USD and EUR. For some reason i can't see any currency exchange button, it's either Make primary or close currency for the non-primary currency, so i tried to change primary currency for my account and tried to close currency but it didn't work anyways. I just want to exchange to one currency for withdrawal .
We also have a problem with this. We did 2 payments last week in USD.
After payment, we see that they swapped both exchange rates !! Unbelievable.... days and days busy with solving it and they do not understand it. I just made a picture from their calculator too... We paid - of course due to this mistake - too much.
