No currency conversion option available on automatic payment for my new Revolut card

For unknown reason I cannot define conversion type on automatic payments for my new Revolut card. I cannot see a link "See Conversion options" below the selected card. There is no such issue with my old Revolut card which is going to expire soon.

What can be the reason of that issue?

I believe it has to be a credit card to get the conversion option.

To select set funding source for automatic payments: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/connect/

Click Manage Funding Sources.

It cannot explain the situation as both my Revolut cards are debit ones and only the new one is affected.
