No Withdrawl, Sending, Or moving, Was forced to reverify bank and card (URGENT)

So, I will try and keep this short and sweet, I am currently moving house, and I needed to pay my second week's rent before going in which happens to be two days before my payday so my partner in the states sent me over the money for that, PayPal in the infinite wisdom had decided at that moment that I need to reverify my bank account and my debit card, Ill add that this was at midnight on a Saturday... I needed the money by Monday, so no call centers open, and 3 to 5 business days to verify my bank account, I thankfully managed to verify my debit card but even with that I couldn't move the money, I couldn't even send it back to her, I have spent hours googling, stressing, trying all sorts of things, someone please help me out here otherwise come Monday I'm homeless.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your PayPal account. Not to worry! Our security system is made with complex algorithms which is aimed at protecting the account. Every time you try to initiate a transaction, it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If there's any risk found, our system may temporariluy block the actions taken from your account. I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.
