Need help to get my money back

Bought a pair of trainers 2 days ago which never came so requested a refund and won the case. Pay Pal said that the money had been transferred to my bank account but the money still isn’t there. What can I do?

It’ll take several days for the refund to be posted by your bank account.

If you paid by card, it’ll take up to 30 days for your card issuer to post the refund.
