Why can't I fund my wallet with my linked bank account?

I've linked a bank account (USD) to my PayPal account.
I tried to fund my wallet using the "Transfer Funds" option, but I can't see any option for Bank funding under "Money in". Only a Nubi option that makes no sense for me. Is there any restriction for the account type (personal)? or the country where I registered the account (Argentina)?
