Need help - I cannot log into Paypal anymore from third party websites (e.g., Landsend)

I'm a customer and I like to checkout using Paypal, but lately it fails from third party websites (e.g., Landsend). The login popup appears (login never completes) so I cannot use Paypal for online shopping anymore.

I've tried on Windows 10 Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I have Ghostery and AdGuard blocker. So, It's probably a security or browser setting, but I'd welcome suggestions on which one(s). I've tried so many things! Thank you.

Start by disabling Ghostery/AdGuard, clear browser cache/cookies/update browsers, restart device then try to purchase.

 

It’s a process of elimination.
