hello I bought something on eBay by accident with my debit card and then I messaged the seller and he canceled the order and PayPal said that I will get a refund in 3-5 business days but when I contacted my bank they said I will get it next month
It could take that long, if not longer in certain countries where the card networks work differently or slower for whatever reason but generally refunds to cards take 3 to 30 days.
