My confirm receipt button doesn’t work and it’s been 4 days already.

Why doesn’t my confirm receipt button work? How do I get my seller to receive his money?

If you don't get the confirm receipt option (which you should never use until you have received the goods) then nothing you can do about it.

The seller will get their funds released at 21 days. Not your problem really as the new seller hold is between the seller and paypal.
