I get an email "Your payout of $3.10 was returned by Paypal and is now available again in your Patreon account. Please resolve the issue in your Paypal account and then retry the payout in Patreon." People said that the problem is in paypal neither patreon What should I do?
Ukraine cannot accept goods and services payments so that means no Patreon, no fiverr or similar platforms. Find another withdraw option, like direct to a bank account from these platforms.
