Money refunded but on credit

Hi! I had an automatic yearly subscription which I paid via credit just over a year ago, I forgot about it and it went out again, luckily the company refunded me but its still on my credit, it's only 0% for 4 months, I'm so confused. Why hasn't it gone?

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent refund. Was this on PayPal Credit or one of your own credit cards? Otherwise, I'd recommend reaching out to your credit card's Customer Support to see what the status of that refund is.
