Money received different from what was sent and posted.

Received an amount of money via PayPal but it different from what the sender sent and what is posted to my account. Ex. Sender sent $20. Posted to my account $18.93. Her account is showing $20. Sent to me. What happened to the $1.07?

Your paypal fee is deducted from your buyers payment at the same time the remainder is credited to your paypal balance.

This is unlike sites like Ebay that invoice you on a monthly basis.

Fees are in paypals user agreement for each country.
