Money on hold

Hi I'm annoyed with PayPal because they are holding my money more often, it says significant changes in my activity but I don't know what they are talking about. It is my usual transactions. And they are now asking more infos and photo ID too which they didn't ask before. To add more to it, they have glitches on their platform, it can't be scrolled down when tried to answer their forms so I'm not able to complete that they are asking me because of the glitches.

 

Anyone experience this too lately? Thanks in advance for your replies.
