Money on hold

I have had money on hold for a week which I have marked as sent (even though it’s actually not a physical transaction) what else can I do to get the money faster? There doesn’t seem to be an option to list the transaction as completed and I don’t want to wait 21 days to receive it. Thanks!

If you are selling then the buyer selected the correct option if you are selling goods or services.

You can't use the friends/family option for selling transactions, its against paypal rules / negates your seller protection for chargebacks etc.

That’s not what I meant, I worded it badly, I just mean it’s not a physical product so I don’t have tracking info. Thanks for the reply I’ll check out the link!
