Money on hold, how do I withdraw

I am a new seller on Depop. PayPal say they’re holding my money for three weeks. I have input tracking information providing proof of delivery yet it says pending ? How do I get my money. Thanks !

Ask buyer to confirm receipt:

• Click Activity at the top of the page.
• Find and click the original payment for the item.
• Click Confirm receipt.
• Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
