Hello! I've initial created my account at the age of 17, and when I got 18, sent documenta to verify my account. Sadlt for me, account got blocked and money was put on hold. It was said I can access my money after 180 days of hold, and they'd send email about it. However, even though more 200 days passed, I've received no emails and still have no access to my money. Could you please help with accessing money on this account?

Are you over 18 now? Only if not then they may decide to wait until you are OR you can offer to have it transferred to a parents account?

I would contact and ask if either of those are an option?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
