Hello Everyone, I created a fundraising campaign for my daughter and the donations are deposited in my account. I'm new in paypal it is because of the campaign and I can see that the money are on hold but my family badly needed the money for my daughters heart surgery. Is there another or fastest way that paypal will not on hold the money in my account?
