Money Holding, Customers did not see anything to confirm that they received the parcels already

Hello, my money is holding, paypal said that it will release sooner if I update tracking information. However, the proxy that transport my parcels to my customers just gave me a tracking number which can track the parcels on their website only. I only can update their tracking number and can not post any link to paypal to track it. Today, my customers received their parcels already but they said they did not see a confirm button on paypal to confirm that they received it already.

How can I solve this problem?

If it is not a supported carrier and no confirm receipt button for buyer (not all transactions will have confirm receipt option), then you’ll have to wait until after 21 days + 1 or 2 days, for PayPal to release money. If longer than 22/23 days call customer services and ask them to manually release money.

About the CONFIRM button, can I ask a question: If it appear, it will appear immediately when i updated tracking number or it will appear after a time?

When my customers receive their parcel, are there any solutions that they can help me to release my money asap except the confirmation in the invoice?
