Hello, my money is holding, paypal said that it will release sooner if I update tracking information. However, the proxy that transport my parcels to my customers just gave me a tracking number which can track the parcels on their website only. I only can update their tracking number and can not post any link to paypal to track it. Today, my customers received their parcels already but they said they did not see a confirm button on paypal to confirm that they received it already. How can I solve this problem?
