Mom sent money, correct info, nothing.

My mom sent money to my account, we verified the email and everything and on her end says it was sent. On my end I didnt receive it nor does it reflect in activity or email. So we checked again and all the info is right, she even took a picture for me. My account still says 0 and has no reflection of the money sent. Cant get a hold of paypal to save my life to give them a transaction ID.

Good day, I would like to ask if you have the email address right or even the slightest yahoo gmail etc mistakes we tend to miss. Also I would check your moms PayPal activity tab if the transaction says it was transferred completed etc
