Modify contact's status to avoid sending fee

I'm not seeing the Send to a Friend option in the flow when trying to send to one of my contacts. Is there a way to change that so I can send him money without incurring fees

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community as a new member! I'm sorry that you're unable to send a payment as a friends and family payment. Some accounts may not receive friends and family payments, either due to the capabilities of accounts in that country or for other reasons. I regret the inconvenience.
